You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by your applicable jurisdiction — to register and use pk63. Age and identity verification is mandatory. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All accounts may transact in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported. Minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times and available channels are set by the operator and may change. Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast are for context only — availability depends on the current cashier configuration.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits and game restrictions. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering conditions are fully met. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk63 ("pk63", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pk63 website located at pk63.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through that website (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
pk63 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform primarily serving Pakistani users. pk63 does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority, including the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body. The Platform operates under applicable international licensing frameworks. To register and maintain an Account on pk63, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
pk63 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
Age Verification: pk63 employs age and identity verification procedures. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. If it is established that a User was underage at the time of registration or any transaction, all winnings will be void and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source subject to applicable verification, net of any bonuses received.
To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted during sign-up. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, additional or linked Accounts — whether under the same or a different name or identity — is strictly prohibited. pk63 may merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate Accounts and may void any winnings generated through them.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. pk63 will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed authorised by you unless you notify us without delay of any suspected unauthorised access.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed subject to the completion of any pending transactions and the satisfaction of any outstanding obligations under these Terms. Balances of real-money Funds at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard KYC requirements.
The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may access and use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Any commercial exploitation of Platform content — including but not limited to scraping, data mining, automated querying or redistribution — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from pk63.
pk63 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and software are compatible with the Platform. pk63 is optimised for mobile and desktop browsers and is designed to function effectively on standard Pakistani mobile data networks. We do not guarantee performance on all devices, browsers or network conditions.
While pk63 endeavours to ensure that all odds, results, balances and promotional information displayed on the Platform are accurate at the time of display, errors may occur. pk63 reserves the right to correct any manifest error — including incorrect odds, mispriced markets or erroneously credited bonuses — without prior notice, even after a bet has been placed or a bonus credited.
Funds may be deposited into your Account using payment methods available in the cashier section at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. All deposits are denominated in the currency supported by your Account — Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where available. Deposits must originate from payment sources registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted.
Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on this Platform for general familiarity context only. Their availability as active deposit channels depends entirely on the operator's current cashier configuration and is subject to change without notice. Reference to these names does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or any implication that these providers support or facilitate gambling.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of your Account. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification to the satisfaction of pk63's compliance team. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. pk63 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pk63 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with the fee schedule in force at the time. You will be notified before any such fee is applied where your contact information is valid and current.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available through pk63 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds restrictions are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on games or markets excluded from wagering requirement calculations will not count towards satisfying the requirement.
pk63 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially; and any other conduct pk63 reasonably determines to be abusive. pk63 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void related winnings and permanently close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your Account balance without notice.
A bet or wager is binding once confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. It is your responsibility to verify all details of a bet — including selection, stake and odds — before confirming placement. pk63 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error, including incorrect selections, stakes or wagers placed under the wrong market.
pk63 covers a wide range of sports markets, with particular depth in cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral T20I and ODI series, and Test cricket. References to PSL, ICC, PCB or any cricket team are for sports context only. pk63 has no official partnership, affiliation or endorsement relationship with any league, board or team. All betting markets are subject to individual market rules and settlement procedures.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by sport, market, event and Account status. pk63 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market, selection or Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors; abandonment or cancellation of an event; settlement errors subsequently identified and corrected; and matches not completed within defined settlement timeframes. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the Account.
Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, instant games and table games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as supplied by the game provider. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided by game suppliers and are applied over statistically significant sample sizes, not individual sessions. There is no guaranteed return on any casino game.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of pk63 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of pk63.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to download (other than page caching), reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk63.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk63, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss.
pk63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises, or PKR 10,000, whichever is lower, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
pk63 makes no warranty or representation that the Platform will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
pk63 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk63 holds its applicable operating licence, excluding any conflict of law provisions that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting pk63's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may pursue resolution through the dispute mechanisms available under the operator's licensing framework.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.
